What we store

Your account email, the shops you connect (shop name and TikTok shop ID), the AHR scores you log by hand, and the finance-statement data we read through the TikTok Shop API — the penalty deductions that become violations and the pending payments that become fund holds. That is the whole list.

Where it lives and who sees it

Data is stored in our database and is readable only by your account. We use Stripe to process payments and an email provider to send mail — they see what those jobs require and nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, and we do not use it to train anything.

Access tokens

The TikTok Shop authorization token for a connected shop is used only to read your finance statements on your behalf. Disconnecting a shop stops that access.

Deleting your data

Email support@ahrsentinel.com from the address on the account and we will delete your data, including every connected shop and its stored tokens. We will confirm when it is done; ask us and we will delete it whether or not your subscription is active.
